ACS developed the “Conversations Series” as part of our mission of advocacy on behalf of the Howard County non-profit community to give our members the opportunity to meet with County officials to discuss issues and legislation that may impact our membership and those they serve.
In that vein, we are pleased to announce that we have added another Conversation to the series this year with Howard County Police Chief, Lisa Myers, Howard County Sheriff, Marcus Harris, and States Attorney, Richard Gibson.
With the growing concerns and potential legislation throughout the country about police reform and community relationships, we have designed this event to provide a forum for our members to learn more about the respective roles of each department and have an open conversation with Howard County’s law enforcement leaders in search of positive solutions.
