Laurie Reuben from Cheshire Consulting Group will provide an overview of the process she is using with ACS in our search for a new ED as well as some other processes she has seen work well for other organizations. Bruce Fulton, ACS president, will explain why ACS chose this process and what has worked well so far, and what could be improved. And Dana Davenport, ACS Policy Associate will talk about why many potential in-house candidates may choose not to apply for open ED positions within their organizations.
