This interactive, in-person training will introduce you to the Results-Based Accountability™ framework including the definition of RBA, key principles, two levels of accountability: population and performance, and the Turn the Curve Process grounded in equity. In this session, Results-Based Accountability™ is applied to both 1) cross-community quality of life improvements and 2) the management of programs, agencies, or service systems. Specific examples are used from local communities to create insight into how RBA is applied in a real-world context. The session provides opportunities for participants to practice implementation of the concepts through hands-on exercises.
