The ACS FY 2020 Self-Sufficiency Indicators Report is unlike any other version we have released about our Howard County neighbors who face various struggles to be financially self-sufficient. This report includes indicators of how the pandemic affected social services and gives us a more in-depth analysis of who utilized social services by disaggregating data by race and ethnicity. Indicators cover finance, housing, food, childcare, and health.
