The Arc of Howard County is an organization dedicated to achieving full community life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities — one person at a time. The Arc of Howard County supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in health, housing, employment, community integration, day/senior programs, respite care, and transportation in Howard County, Maryland. All donations support our mission of helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve full community life.
